The Manual Pull Stations ensure protection plus fool-proof operation, as the instructions on the die-cast zinc body are easy to follow. Also, with positive pull-lever operation on either of the Manual Pull Stations models, a positive alarm is sounded when the alarm handle is pulled or when the handle breaks the glass rod.
Note: Some features described here may not be supported by all control systems. Check your control panel’s Installation and Operation Guide for details.
SIGA-270 models feature our familiar teardrop design, coupled with a simple positive pull action and sturdy die-cast metal body.
SIGA-270 models are also available for one or two stage alarm systems. The single stage double action SIGA-278 also features a rugged Lexan housing in addition to a keyed reset mechanism.
An up-front visible glass rod on the SIGA-270 discourages tampering.
All decisions are made at the station allowing lower communication speed while substantially improving control panel response time. Additionally, it is less sensitive to line noise and loop wiring properties; twisted or shielded wire is not required.
Meets ADA requirements for manual pull stations.
Each station transmits wiring information to the loop controller regarding its location with respect to other devices on the circuit.
The station inputs an alarm even if the loop controller’s polling interrogation stops.
Status LEDs; flashing GREEN shows normal polling; flashing RED shows alarm state.
Install in ambient temperatures up to 120 °F (49 °C).
